Outdoor seating areas on grass can be a nightmare for fine dining. Dust and dead grass aren't very appetizing.

To control dust, dirt and eliminate the loss of revenue and added expense of the area's closure during maintenance and re-sodding twice a year; Tahoe City Marina installed artificial grass in this commercial outdoor setting.
